How do I enable/disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on my dataroom?

To enable 2FA on your dataroom please follow the below mentioned steps;
  • Login to your dataroom using your existing credentials.

  • Navigate to the overview module.

  • Click on 'settings' option located at the top of the page with a gear icon.

  • Toggle 'on/off' the 2FA feature to enable/disable it in edit overview properties.

  • Only the admins and LA with access to overview module can enable/disable 2FA for all the users (Admin, LA and EU) in the dataroom. It will be applied on dataroom level.
