How to Download Data?

To download data for a single folder or document; you can select the download option from the actions or you can click on the download icon which appears after selecting data.

To download the data in bulk; simply select the folders/documents. The option to download will be visible after selecting the data.

After selecting the data click on the Download icon. The data will be downloaded in a zip format in the My Downloads segment in the Documents module. Once the Download is complete the Download Tab is enabled, click on the tab to download  the data to your machine. You can also download the log of the same data. This zip will be available in the segment till 12:00am GST post that one needs to re-download the data if needed.

For End Users with download rights, the data will be downloaded in zip format just like the admins and the data which is Shortcut enabled will be downloaded as a shortcut link directly to their machine which can be accessed only after entering DocullyVDR data room credentials of the user who has downloaded the data.
