How to open a downloaded shortcut document?
Shortcut is applied to the documents with download permission given to the end-users. These documents are downloaded in a zip folder as a shortcut which opens on the platform. To access such documents on machines one has to use their DocullyVDR credentials.
The user who downloads the documents only their credentials will be applicable to gain access to the downloaded documents.
To download in bulk, select the folders and click on the shortcut icon. The documents with shortcut permission will be downloaded to your machine in a zip format.
You can also download the document at file level by clicking on the shortcut icon.
Click on the keep tab to save the document shortcut to your system. It will be saved to the destination of your downloaded document chosen by you.
The access to these documents can be revoked at any point of time by the admin.
Every time the EU wants to access the document he needs to enter his data room credentials. The document will open on the platform viewer in its native format.
