How to revoke access to the downloaded shortcut document?
Admin can revoke access to the downloaded shortcut documents at any point of time. The admin can do so by simply following the below steps;
- Navigate to the Users and Permissions module
- Locate the End user group for which the shortcut needs to be revoked
- Click on the Document Permissions segment
- Locate the folder/file to which the access needs to be revoked and disable (untick) the checkbox for shortcut from the list of permissions to disable access to the downloaded shortcut file or to revoke entire access to the document in question simply change the permission to no access.
Once the access is revoked; the shortcut document downloaded by the end user will not be accessible any further and it needs to be re- download from the data room.
