What is a Disclaimer and how do I manage disclaimers on my Data Room?
A disclaimer is a document all members need to accept to gain access to the Data Room. If they decline, they would not be allowed to access the Data Room.
To enable a disclaimer for your Data Room, follow the below steps:
Navigate to the Overview module and select “Manage Disclaimer”.
Select the document from your machine to upload as a Disclaimer.
If you upload multiple documents, you can select the default disclaimer by clicking the “✓” symbol of the title of the document.
Click in the check box, if you want the members to accept the Disclaimer every time they sign in.
