FAQ's are the questions that are assumed to be frequently asked by the users. Instead of replying the same question with the same answer every time, it is more convenient to add it as an FAQ for the users to access and get their answers.
1. Convert an existing Q&A to FAQ:
An admin or an LA (Limited access admin) can add an existing question to the FAQ category.
He simply needs to click on the question and click on the Add to FAQ tab
Once clicked, you will get a pop in which you can edit the question and the answer for the same.
Once done click on the submit tab, this FAQ will be accessible to the users who have access to the document.
The FAQ can also be further edited or deleted as and when required.
2. Create an FAQ:
Click on FAQ > Add FAQ to create one.
Fill in the Question and its answer, type the name of the reference document to be attached to the FAQ.
