Why are my files not accessible on the platform? Which file formats does the platform support?

Documents that are not supported by the platform will not be accessible on the viewer. The below message will be displayed on the viewer if the platform does not support the document format.



To access such documents one needs to download it from the platform to his machine. Post which the document can be viewed easily like any other files on the machine. For such files only download option will be applicable and such documents cannot be downloaded and accessed as shortcuts.


File formats that the platform supports are;

  • Adobe PDF
  • Microsoft Office
    • Word
    • Excel
    • Power point
  • Images
    • PNG
    • JPG
  • Microsoft Office: ".doc", ".docx", ".xls", ".xlsx", ".ppt", ".pptx"
  • Image formats: ".png", ".pdf", ".jpg", ".jpeg" 
  • Audio formats: ".mp3"
  • Video formats: ".mp4" 
  • Text formats: ".csv"
